How will you prepare it?

Prepare Filling

200 gr Minced chicken2 tsp Gochujang1 dash Sesame oil1 clove Garlic (fine)25 gr Cheddar0.5 pcs Spring onion (finely chopped)1 pinch Salt

Mix the minced chicken with gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, half of the cheddar, spring onion, and a pinch of salt.

Rolling & Cutting

0.5 roll Puff pastry

Distribute the minced chicken over the puff pastry and roll it up tightly.

Cut the roll into pieces of about 3-4 cm.

Finishing

1 pcs Egg (beaten)1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Brush the snacks with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Baking in the BBQ

Prepare the BBQ for indirect grilling at 180-200°C.

Bake the snacks on parchment paper for about 15-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
