These minced chicken snacks in puff pastry are amazing. Super simple, yet so flavorful and crunchy with a delicious cheese bite.

How will you prepare it?
Prepare Filling
Mix the minced chicken with gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, half of the cheddar, spring onion, and a pinch of salt.
Rolling & Cutting
Distribute the minced chicken over the puff pastry and roll it up tightly.
Cut the roll into pieces of about 3-4 cm.
Finishing
Brush the snacks with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Baking in the BBQ
Prepare the BBQ for indirect grilling at 180-200°C.
Bake the snacks on parchment paper for about 15-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
